Lunch on the train. Le Fermier from Eric Keiser in Lyon. Delicious.
My self-made dinner. Very nutritious, right?
Note that the baguette was literally steaming hot. The camembert was from Carrefour.
Okay, fine, there was nutritional value, too.
And dessert
There are nuts in this dark chocolate. More nuts than chocolate. My ideal.
My evening stroll. Wrong picture; I accidentally chose the blurry one. You'll survive.
The Tour Eiffel, just for you.
Alas, a slow day: all eating, no action. Well, that is perhaps preferable to the frenetic pace that you appear to be maintaining on "normal" days. I think, though, that it is of interest that you have no classes on Mondays or Fridays. I am quite certain that this was a random scheduling event and had nothing to do with weekend travel plans... or perhaps Stanford is bound by the French law limiting the number of working hours each week, and you are limited to 15?
